Community Placement gives persons receiving social assistance the opportunity to contribute to their communities, learn basic work and life skills gain experience and make contacts for future employment.

If you are a non-profit, public sector, federal, provincial or municipal organization, you may qualify to participant in the Ontario Works Community Placement Program.

As an approved Community Placement Agency, you will have extended staffing resources to assist in completing community projects or augment already existing staff in your organization.

Keep in mind that this service is offered at no-charge to the organization.
