Applying for Fee Subsidy
The application process for Child Care Fee Subsidy is as follows:
New and existing clients
- Verification of income using the federal government Notice of Assessment or Canada Child Tax Benefit for the most recent tax year
- Verification of employment (2 current pay stubs) or education
- All other relevant information as requested by the Child Care Eligibility Worker
- Income Test
- Parental Agreement
- Release of Information Consent
Please contact the Children's Services Case Aide at 1-800-627-2944 extension 2233 to start the screening process (new client), or make an appointment (existing client).
Once screening is complete, the Case Aide will provide a list of information the client will need to provide to the Child Care Eligibility Worker to proceed with the application.
